Filmed on our own floor in Nantong, the Tulip company film walks the route an order takes across the ~8,000 m² campus — fabric cutting, embroidery, sewing and filling through inspection, vacuum packing and container loading. Twelve stations, around 100 people, one roof: this is where everything we export is made.

Main production is 100% polyester; we also work with cotton, poly-cotton, Tencel/modal and bamboo fiber. Yarn counts 40S–80S, thread counts 180–400 TC, fabric weights 90–300 GSM, widths 160–300 cm, in percale, sateen and jacquard weaves.

Both — Tulip is an integrated manufacturer and trading company. Production runs in our ~8,000 m² facility in Nantong, China with around 100 employees, while our trade team handles export documentation and logistics directly.
What products does Tulip manufacture?
Faux fur throw blankets, decorative pillows and cushions, rugs and floor mats, duvet cover sets, microfiber sheet sets, comforter sets and bedspreads — mainly in 100% polyester, with cotton, poly-cotton, Tencel/modal and bamboo fiber also available.
Does Tulip offer OEM/ODM?
Yes. We produce to customer designs or develop from our own pattern library, with embroidery, jacquard, printing, custom sizes, custom colors and custom hangtags and packaging.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product category, fabric and level of customization — a stock pattern runs lower than a fully custom jacquard or embroidery program. As an integrated factory we set MOQs case by case; tell us your target quantity and we will confirm feasibility directly.
What are your production lead times?
Lead times vary with order volume, customization and season — sampling is faster than bulk production, and repeat orders run quicker than new developments. Share your target delivery date and we will confirm a production schedule together with the quotation.
